Yoga…
A practice to help you build strength & create space in both body & mind.
Practicing Yoga develops a physical & mental strength like no other.
Yoga is a combination of mind, body and breath, all of these elements working together to create the Practice. It increases space and flexibility within the body, and essentially does the same for the mind; building mental strength, creating headspace and providing tools to work through the stresses and anxieties that come with daily life.
I offer both one to one Yoga sessions and group classes at a number of locations in and around Chichester, West Sussex.
The types of class I offer are Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow & Yoga Fit.

What is Vinyasa Flow?
Influenced strongly by both Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow coordinates movement with the breath whilst flowing from one Asana (posture) to another through a series of transitions. Vinyasa Flow helps to build strength within the whole body, especially working with core strength but at the same time providing a full Yoga mind, breath & body experience, incorporating many mindfulness elements and breathwork (Pranayama) techniques.
What is Slow Flow?
The Slow Flow class has the same structure and elements found within a Vinyasa Flow class however completely slowed down, with various modifications, allowing you more time to really get into your body and breath. A gentle practice, we focus more on the breath and flow through the movements at a slower pace, holding the postures for slightly longer. There is also a greater meditative element to these classes.
What is Yoga Fit?
I absolutely love teaching Yoga Fit. It is a high energy, dynamic class I created myself whereby we essentially work with strengthening the body for Yoga, we breakdown some of the more challenging postures & transitions, build up a sweat and have a little fun!
