
About Me
Hello! I’m Emma, founder of The Flow Movement.
I was born in London and spent many of my younger years living a corporate, fast paced, city existence, however I never really felt it, I always wanted to escape.
The South Coast has always been a place so close to my heart, over my life having spent much time down here with my family, literally almost every weekend and what felt like endless summers by the water. I love being by the sea and enjoying the outdoors and found myself never wanting to leave; so I decided to take the plunge and move down. I left my PA job in the city, packed up my life and headed down to the coast…

I got into Personal Training just after I left university. Having discovered the joy in exercise and movement, I was completely inspired and decided my path was to train as a PT myself and help other people discover the same.

The Yoga side came a little later… Having left London, I decided to do my first Yoga Teacher Training, to broaden my knowledge not just of the physical body but to be able to work with and explore the magic combination of Movement and Mindfulness. I went off to Bali to do my 200 hour teacher training and a few years later, India, to complete my advanced 500 hour Vinyasa Flow training. I also trained in Pre & Post Natal Yoga.
I’m a few years down the line now; offering regular weekly Yoga classes, 1:1 Yoga, Private Small Group Yoga, Personal Training and Wellbeing Coaching sessions.
I’m also living my dream life by the sea! My idea of heaven is a long dog walk on the beach, followed by a glass of wine somewhere. Living down here is truly magical and I will never look back…
Through my own personal experience and training, I’ve learnt that lifestyle choices such as exercise, nutrition, self care and mindset are all foundations that can be created, developed and worked on in order to enable you to become the best and happiest version of yourself.
